Webinar in Cybersecurity 2021 Summary Report

The International Conference on Cybersecurity 2021 was held online on the 30th of September. The webinar was organized by Dr. Nguyen Huu Phuoc Dai, Lecturer at Doctoral School on Safety and Security Sciences - Óbuda University, and Mr. Darko Obradovic, Executive Secretary of INIS - University of Belgrade.

The conference started with the welcoming speeches of chairpersons: Prof. Dr. Rajnai Zoltán, Dean of Bánki Donát Faculty of Mechanical and Safety Engineering - Óbuda University (Hungary) that introduced Cyber co-ordination on government level; Prof. Dr. Darko Trifunovic, Director, Institute for National and International Security (Serbia) representing contemporary challenges in Cybersecurity; and Prof. Dr. Gordan Akrap, Director, Institute for Hybrid Warfare (Croatia) that shed light on cyber warfare in the context of modern and emerging security challenges.

This forum aimed to bring together Ph.D. students, researchers, scientists, and professionals to discuss innovative ideas and diverse topics in the Cybersecurity era. The webinar was joined by participants from Albania, Croatia, Denmark, Ecuador, Hungary, Jordan, and Serbia. The attendees benefited in many ways from this conference. They addressed to the audience, and shared knowledge and rich experience on diverse topics of Cybersecurity. Furthermore, the selected scientific papers will be published in a special issue of the “SECURITY SCIENCE JOURNAL” - open access, peer-reviewed international interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary journal published by the Institute for National and International Security (Serbia), The Europa Institute, Bar-Ilan University (Israel), The Research Institute for European, American Studies (Greece), and St. George Association - National Security and Future (Croatia).

In the end, keynote speakers expressed special gratitude to the organizers and extended appreciation to all the attendees for making this event fruitful and promising.
